Orders are confirmed only upon written or verbal acceptance by Neki Steel Traders and, where applicable, receipt of an agreed advance payment. Payment terms will be communicated at the time of order confirmation and are binding once accepted by the buyer.
Delivery timelines are estimates based on stock availability and transport conditions. While we make every effort to meet agreed schedules, Neki Steel Traders is not liable for delays arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including transport disruptions or supply shortages.
Any discrepancy in quantity, grade, or condition of delivered material must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery, along with supporting evidence. Claims raised after this period may not be honoured. Material that has been processed, cut, or altered is not eligible for return.
